- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪absolutely horrible. Anthony who answered the phone has the compassion of a tick. i was in need of euthanasia for my 17 year old kitty asap. this was a Wed morning. already making a very emotional call and trying hard to maintain my composure, all he could do is bark name please, and then again when I couldn't answer in a second NAME PLEASE. I need your name. Give me a break this is an emotional situation it calls for delicate compassion. Needless to say I had to find another vet in a very distraught emotional frame of mind since all he could do is say sorry no appointments til next Tues. Yeah ok my cat need this done today.I will never use this vet again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I have lived in Wurtsboro 30 years and used this vet whenever one was needed to be treated like this was disgusting.June 10, 2017by April Kenselaar
